Masqueraders who participate in Atlanta Caribbean Carnival may register to play in Notting Hill Carnival using the same costume for a flat transfer rate of $200 USD.

Transfer Fee – $200 USD

The transfer fee includes:

• £100 London band fee
• Administrative processing
• Section confirmation and placement

This allows masqueraders to access London participation without repurchasing a full costume at UK pricing.

Savings Overview

London pricing exceeds Atlanta pricing across all tiers when converted to USD. The transfer option provides substantial savings compared to purchasing a new London costume.

Costume Condition

• Costumes must be assessed prior to transfer approval.
• If repairs or adjustments are required, a fix up fee will apply based on the scope of work.
• Replacement pieces are charged at 50 percent of the original listed price of the item.

Only necessary repairs or replacements will be invoiced.
